Property Description: Our fully air conditioned 6 br, 5 ba ranch home is located in a cul-de-sac in the enclave area of Emerald
Island Resort and less than 3 miles to Disney. Two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms each have its own bathroom. Two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All beds have upgraded mattresses. The living room has a sofa sleeper.

The heated 15 x 30 ft. pool and spa has an oversized deck with a covered lanai, lounge chairs and 2 tables. There is a child safety fence around the pool. The pool and deck are fully screened.

The air conditioned game room has a foosball table, a pool table, games, DVD’s, books and Legos. There are two Play Station 2 sets with games in the house. There are two strollers, a high chair and a pack ‘n play for the babies.

The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to our guests. The 4,000 square foot clubhouse has a fitness center, volley ball and tennis courts, a sauna, computer access to the Internet, a heated community pool and spa, video games room, a children's play area and Tiki Hut.
