boasts 3 bed-rooms, with 1 queen sized bed, 1 double bed
and 2 twin beds. The master bedroom has a private deck
with a view. There are 2 full baths, a garage with a
ping-pong table, a bay view gazebo with a patio and clay
fireplace & a deck (with a propane BBQ) off the dining
area for sunset-gazing. The living room has a view from
the cushioned window seat and a raised hearth tile
fireplace. The kitchen is large, light and fully
equipped.
Rates Availability: The rates are based upon an
occupancy of 4, but the home sleeps up to 6 comfortably,
max. of 8. Children under the age of 5 stay for free.
The Off Season rate is $145 a night - $942 per week - 3
night minimum.
The High Season rate is $155 a night - $1007 per week -
3 night minimum.
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $165 a night - $1072
per week - 4 night minimum.
There is not a cleaning fee for this home, unless you
are requesting to stay less than the minimum number of
nights. Such requests are approved on a case-by-case
basis. If approved, the cleaning fee is $80.00.
Pet Restrictions: 2 dogs max. @ $25 each
