Property Description: Log Heaven on Netarts Bay:
How many cozy, secluded, log homes have you stayed in
during your lifetime? This real log home is located
directly across the street from the beautiful, clean and
peaceful Netarts Bay and next door to the RV park and
boat rental, where you may also rent crabbing equipment
to go out and catch your limit, they'll even clean and
cook them for you! This 2 bedroom home by the Bay has
many virtues, like the little guest house with a double
futon, twin bunk beds and a TV with VCR. The main home
has a studio kitchen, a new propane grill and a
washer/dryer. Its family room has cable TV and DVD/ VCR
for rainy days.
Rates Availability: The rates are based upon an
occupancy of 4, but the home and guest house will sleep
up to 8 comfortably. Children under the age of 5 stay
for free.
The Off Season rate is $130 a night - $780 per week - 2
night minimum.
The High Season rate is $140 a night - $840 per week - 2
night minimum.
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $150 a night - $900
per week - 3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is $80. If the guest
house remains unused, $60.
